DIRECTOR OF OPERATIONAL

Title : Director of Operations – Kupu Kupu Barong Villas & Tree Spa & Jungle Retreat, Ubud

Main Job Description :

• Coordinate, manage and supervise all hotel operations
• Support and work with all Head of Departments in all aspects of running the resort
• Participate to financial aspects of the business to propose solutions to improve profitability, control expenses and inventories.
• Maintain good standards of operations throughout and support all resort operation whenever needed
• Conduct regular operations team meeting with all the HOD daily / weekly to discuss routine operational matters, sales targets..etc
• Responsible for the overall management of the operation of the hotel and any other duties assigned by GM and Owner.
• Act as number 1 in the absence of the GM

Requirements :

• Higher diploma in hospitality education
• Minimum of 3 years in a managerial position and ideally 2 years minimum as Operations Manager/Director of Operations
• Knowledge of all hotel outlets operation
• English a must, Bahasa a plus and any other foreign languages
• Experience in foreign countries is a plus, Asia a must
• Willing to work in Ubud
• Open to Indonesians and expats
