Accounting Department as Chief Accounting/Financial Controller
Key responsibilities will include:
- Accounting and financial management requirements for villas
- Managing accounting department, procurement function and electronic data processing systems
Requirements:
- Accounting degree preferred
- Minimum 3 years’ related experience
- Experience in hospitality-tourism industry a must
- Excellent English, both written and conversational
- Experience in implement appropriate training program
- Great leadership/coaching skills
- Assist in other accounting and financial matters as and when required
Customer Service Department as Reservation Staff
Qualification as follows:
- Excellent management and communication skills
- Excellent in English with minimum1 years experiences in Customer Service Department
- Able to remain calm under pressure and to work effectively as a team
- Out going personality and fast learner
Operational Department as Area Manager
Qualification as follows:
- Excellent communication skills in both English and Indonesian
- Background in Operational from 4 stars hotel or luxury villa market with minimum 2 years experience as Area Manager/management level
- Able to build and maintain strong villa operational
- Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence at all levels
- Good organization, planning ability and familiar with budget & cost control
- Excellent in negotiation, listening and presentation skills
Operational Department as Villa Manager
Qualification as follows:
- Excellent communication skills in both English and Indonesian
- Background in Operational from 4 stars hotel or luxury villa market with minimum 1 years experience as Villa Manager/management level
- Able to build and maintain strong villa operational
- Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence at all levels
- Good organization, planning ability and excellent in negotiation, listening and presentation skills
- Able to remain calm under pressure and to work effectively in a small team
Chefs and Japanese Chef for Canggu and Seminyak area:
Qualification as follows:
- Work experience in professional kitchen
- Creative and open to new ideas
- Excellent management and communication skills
- English language skills a must
- Able to remain calm under pressure and to work effectively in a small team
- Hotel or Villa background an advantage
Butlers for Seminyak, Canggu Pererenan, Karangasem, and Kutuh (Pandawa) area:
Qualification as follows:
- Excellent management and communication skills
- Excellent in English with minimum1 years experiences as Butler
- Able to remain calm under pressure and to work effectively in a small team
- Able to drive either car or motorcycle
