1.Marketing Communication Manager
General requirement :
- Strong English Language skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- At least 3-5 years experience in advertising, marketing, public relations, communications or a combination of these fields
- Experience in supervisory/management positions
- Ability to influence senior management
- Strong attention to detail and able to deliver personalized attention to clients and customers
- Excellent knowledge of digital marketing tool and social media
- Experience in e-commerce is an advantage
- Basic Microsoft office and basic graphic software operating skill
- Small luxury hotel experience is preferred
2.Sales Manager
General requirement :
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Minimum of 2 years experience as Sales Manager in 4-5 star luxury boutique hotel/villa/resort with a proven track record of sales in past 5(five) years
- Previous job preferred as the same position or one position lower or higher in respective properties.
- Strong network within travel trade, corporate, event, wedding, banquet business in local and overseas
- 2 years prior experience in e-commerce
- Flexible to travel, strong leadership and team player at the same time, result oriented in order to achieve the target
- Able to work under pressure
- Insatiable curiosity to solve sales challenges and keeping up-to-dates sales trends
- Positive attitude, young spirit, dynamic and good personal presentation
- Speaks, reads and writes Indonesian and English fluently (additional foreign language/s would be an advantage)
