Hotel Operation Manager
The 3 Princes Boutique Hotel & Spa are seeking a driven and highly motivated Operation
Manager to join the team. Our Hotel is a quality three star hotel, comprising of 25 bedrooms,
with small meeting room facilities and food and beverage offering.
As Operation Manager you will be responsible for maintaining consistent standards of service
and ensuring guest satisfaction while creating a work environment that supports organisational
values. With your focus on Food, Beverage and Front of House procedure you will contribute to
the profitability of the hotel through the operation of effective cost controls and stock
monitoring.
The ideal candidate will be passionate about hospitality and service; have clear effective
communication, a focused yet friendly leadership style and the ability to develop team spirit and
motivation by creating a good working atmosphere.

Required experience:
- Good English Speaking.
- Strong Leadership.
- Having experiences as Operation Managerial in similar role: 1 year.
