IT MANAGER
Responsible to manage Information Technology within the hotel and giving services and advise to the guests and other team members related to Information technology.
Requirements:
- Degree in Computer Science
- Able to lead a team of IT professionals and delegate assignments
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven track record of successful delivery of IT projects
- Experience of working with vendors/ Service Partner/Development
- 3 Years experience at the same position in the hotel industry
- Able to operate OPERA PMS, MICROS POS/Infrasys and ACCPAC Back Office System
- Fluent in English oral and written.
- Passionate about service and handling complaints.
- Strong leadership, tactical skills and result oriented.
