- Good command in both spoken and written English
- Good understanding of Security & Safety documents, such as incident report, tactical or strategic initiatives.
- Be able to train subordinate security professional or security rules & procedures
- Good leadership skills, proven ability to work effectively in a team oriented, tactful and details
- Assertive & authoritative, proficient in one of the martial sport is very much appreciated
