HUMAN RESOURCES MANAGER
With Qualifications :
- Reporting to the General Manager
- Ability to develop HR Department
- Ability to Managerial and Leadership Skills
- Responsible for the formulation and implementation of hotel policies and procedures
- Responsible for planning, coordinating and conducting training need analysis and training program
- Should have at least 3 years experience in a 5 star International Resort
- Strong leadership, dynamic, self starter, and excellent communication skill
- Knowledge of Manpower Regulation
